Find the ideal fit
When it comes to selecting a polo shirt or a long sleeve shirt there are a few things to keep in mind.
Make sure the shirt's length is correct
Your long sleeve shirt's bottom hem should not be lower than the back pockets of your pants or jeans. It should be no more than a few inches above your hips and not less than a few inches below your waistline. We recommend that the shirt should be long enough to tuck into your jeans or trousers while remaining short enough to wear it untucked.
Make sure the sleeve length is correct
The sleeve length of your polo shirt should end approximately at your wrist. The sleeve length should never go down to your hand. Choose a shirt which ends exactly at your wrist. Overall, a good polo shirt should fit snug to your body. It should appear as it has been tailored for you. A basic rule for a well-fitting shirt is that you should be able to comfortably insert two fingers beneath the sleeve. It's usually a good idea to try on each polo or long sleeve shirt before buying it to make sure it fits properly.
Products sold by LSTNR offer high quality fabrics!
When it comes to selecting the correct fabric for your favorite polo shirt, it's critical to know which fabric should be worn for which temperature. It will not be a good idea to choose a polyester shirt in summer, because the fabric won't cool your body. Polyester is a synthetic fabric that doesn't let air in. On the other hand, choosing a wool shirt for winter is the right choice.
LSTNR.com offers only the best-known premium designer brands. The fabric of our polo shirts are mostly made out of premium mercerized cotton or only cotton where long cotton fibers are used to make the touch as smooth as possible.
Other polos are now available in a range of fabrics, ranging from synthetic to natural. Synthetic fabrics, which are particularly created for sportswear, are frequently used. Polo shirts with a silky mix finish are not suggested for sportswear. They are prone to highlighting perspiration and losing their color more rapidly. Shirts made of polyester or cotton/poly mix last longer, but they are out of bad and cheap quality.
Make sure you're wearing the right kind of shirt
Polo pique. This is the original polo fabric, which has a rough surface and is knitted in a woven pattern. It is more breathable and has a more sweat-resistant sleeve. This type of polos are usually finished with a ribbed band or cuff and are considered to be more formal and professional. You should know the difference between a Polo Shirt and a Jersey Polo. The difference is that the jersey polo shirt is made from the same cotton fabric as t-shirts. It feels the same way: flat, smooth, soft, and elastic.
