Job Description

LSTNR is looking for an innovative and creative Marketing Manager to join the team in building a new and exciting project in the heart of Frankfurt and beyond. LSTNR is an innovative commerce concept with a strong focus on creating unique and future-oriented shopping experiences for our customers. Built by the people of the iconic Listener store, we market high-end Fashion & Lifestyle brands with a conscience, both in physical store locations as well as on a new interactive online platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across the company and be a substantial contributor in shaping the future of the business. You will be in charge of creating 360-degree campaigns and launches for both our offline and online channels in close collaboration with the Head of Brand and Business Development as well as the team heads of the retail and ecommerce departments. To drive success, you will need good knowledge of using different marketing channels in symbiosis with each other and to identify and optimize business opportunities. The ability to understand the role of Marketing as part of the “big picture” will help you drive brand awareness and profitability.

What you will do:
-Creating and coordinating omni-channel campaigns as part of a defined Marketing strategy.
-Driving awareness, engagement, conversion and loyalty campaigns using the right Marketing Mix.
-Analyzing market developments, competitors and consumer trends.
-Defining customer segments and target groups and speaking to them through the appropriate channels.
-Building and strengthening our LSTNR community (Social Media, Newsletters, Loyal Customers)…
-Working closely with the team on a strategy and timely production of creative content.
-Coordinating Advertising, Influencer, Social Media, Newsletter and Blog activities.
-Coordinating workflows with external agencies (eg Creative, Performance Marketing, SEO, PR…) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
-Supporting the Retail, Business and Ecommerce in their needs for B2C and B2B business tools, content and promotional activities.
-Processing press requests and PR activity.
-Coordinating with brand partners and designers on Marketing activities and campaign calendars.
-Building close relationships with brands, influencers and media owners.
-Leading, managing and growing the Marketing team.
-Working within a given budget to produce support and deliver campaigns and promotions.
-Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management.

What you should bring:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar.
-A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
-At least 3-5 years experience working in a Marketing environment.
-A creative mind paired with analytical skills.
-Experience in working with digital marketing channels and tools (eg Mailchimp, Social Media Consoles…).
-Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
-Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Salary: 35,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
