Other EU countries: 15.00 €
LSTNR offers free shipping for orders over 100 €. 

We do NOT ship to non-EU countries.

Delivery Time
On average our deliveries take 2-4 business days to get to your home within Germany and 3-7 business days within the rest of the EU.

We also ship to packing stations.

Unfortunately at this point we are not yet able to offer international shipping, but would love to share our joy of lifestyle gems worldwide in the future.

RETURNS 

You have the right to return unwanted items to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed in your order to ensure a swift processing of your return and refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygienic reasons.
Those include products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as socks and underwear.
Please also note that gift cards are not refundable.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LSTNR GmbH, Stephanstr. 3, 60313 Frankfurt/Main, Germany, contact@lstnr.com, phone: +49 69 2100 8000) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
 
Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund and we may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
